I recently discovered that Amazon Fresh isn’t working and want to know some potential fixes so I can order my groceries and have them delivered quickly.

11. Force-Close the Amazon App

Open the “Settings” icon.
Tap “Apps”.
Tap “Apps” again.
Tap “All” in the “Apps” list.
Hold-click on the “Amazon” icon.

Go to the Play Store, search for “Amazon Video”, tap the 3-dot menu icon in the top right, then tap “Uninstall”.

12. Update the Amazon App

Apps must be updated if they encounter a bug, or if there are any changes to the app.

If you have automatic updates on for your apps like Amazon turned on, you will receive important security updates and bug fixes.

13. Check to See If Amazon Servers Are the Issue & Wait for a Fix

Sometimes your computer doesn’t have permission to access the internet, so you can check this by going to Control Panel in your Start Menu.
