To use Kroger Pay at a self-checkout, use your Kroger Pay card at the kiosk, and your order will be automatically completed online. When you complete your order, it will be automatically charged to your Kroger Pay card and the order will be emailed to the email address you provided when you used your card.
However, Krogers Pay is currently not available in Pharmacy drive-thru lanes, Krogers Fuel Centers, some independent merchants within Krogers stores or other non-Krogers stores.
For pick-up or delivery, you need to contact the Kriger pick-up station that accepts Kroger pay.

I don’t think Walmart, Kmart, and Lowe’s are the only stores that do not accept Apple Pay for iOS users. I think that some other small retailers and restaurants do not accept Apple Pay for iOS users too, including my local convenience store.
