Target will accept returns of shoes without the box that were purchased online as of 2022. Shoes can be returned without the receipt if they are unused or show no signs of wear. If the shoes were purchased at Target.com, shipping charges will not be refunded.

You can also access return barcodes and receipts from your Walmart account for purchases made online, and in-store purchases too if you’ve paid using an account linked to that account (or your wallet if you paid using the Walmart app).
Can You Return Shoes To Target After 90 Days?
There is a 90 day period in which to return the item, and some return policies state that you may return it any time, but there are some employees who state that the return period can be extended.
It is recommended that you return the shoes within 90 days of the original date of purchase. But it is required that the shoes are in new condition, have the box, and have the original receipt for a return to be made after 90 days.
You will also have an extra 30 days after the original returns window if you paid with your Target RedCard, i.e., you will have 130 days after purchase to return the shoes.
If you want to get shoes at a discount, you should go to the Target store.
How Will You Receive The Refund?
You will recieve a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 1-3 days, depending on the payment method you used.
Note that if you return all the returned items, the refund will take up to an additional 5 days due to processing time.
Can You Return Shoes To Target If They Were A Gift?
You can return this item if you have a gift receipt or packing slip. In this case, you will have your refund transferred to a Target GiftCard. The gift card can be used online, in stores, or on the phone.
