If the item you don’t want arrives damaged, damaged merchandise can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
They should already be in their original packaging and must have all paperwork, parts, and accessories still included.
If you attempt to return a used item that is not in its original packaging, you may be denied a refund!
If it hasn’t been used, then the shop will probably refund it.
If it has been used it’s down to the discretion of the shop assistant.
Although if it was a cheap item, I would think it would be returned.
How To Return Damaged Or Defected Items To Dollar General?
In the event the item is damaged or defective, you should notify Dollar General Customer Services within 30 days of delivery.
