According to a recent post on Walmart.com, the answer is “yes” in at least some key cities. So, if you are thinking about buying a new watch on a major sale like you’re looking at the $199 Apple Watch, you can now consider returning it to a Walmart store.

How Do I Return An Apple Watch To Walmart Stores?
In order to get your Apple Watch back, you first must be within the 30-day return window, as Apple Watches fall under the “consumer electronics” category (see more below on returning items after this time period).
If you are 30-days away from the 30-days Apple Watch warranty (which starts from the date your Apple Watch was shipped), then you can start looking for the accessories such as charge docks, and watch bands.
If you aren’t within the 30-days, then it is time to take the phone to a repair shop.
