You should return your accessory to the Verizon store or to the Verizon customer service center to inquire about the return policy.
I’m going to explain what you need to do if you are unhappy, and the requirements for returning an accessory.
What Is the Verizon Accessory Return Policy in 2022?
If you purchased your Accessory Bundle or Item Bundle between November 16, 2016 and January 16, 2019,
you have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange it or return it in its original packaging for a refund.
You’ll need to have the original receipt with you to exchange or return an accessory bundle.
Does it matter where the item was purchased? Does the item have to be returned to the same store as it was purchased from if you don’t want to go through the hassle of trying to return to one store? Keep reading below to find out more!
Is There a Restocking Fee for Accessories at Verizon?
When returning an item through the Verizon store, you will not be charged for shipping the item back. When you return the item through Verizon online, the item will be shipped back to the store for you and you will be charged the shipping fee for returning the item.
If you bought the accessory directly from us, you may return the item only to an authorized Verizon store. If you bought the accessory elsewhere, please contact the retailer for instructions and return the accessory at your expense.
How Do I Return Verizon Accessories?
If you want to return your accessories, you’re going to need to have everything together before you make the return.
You can return an accessory if you bought it from a Verizon store, Verizon app or website. Additionally, you can return an accessory within 30 days.
You can also contact the Verizon Customer Service Team about the return.
You will need your access code as well as a receipt to process a return. Please be sure to follow the instructions carefully.

Return is a feature in which you can return an accessory you purchased in the US.

If you are returning the item for repair or exchange, you can use the receipt for this purpose as well.
If you are returning the item for a refund, the receipt is not necessary.
When Does Verizon Issue Refunds for Returned Accessories?
If you return the item to the Verizon retail location, you can get a refund within 14 days of receiving the accessory. You will be charged for the accessory, and your refund for its retail purchase price will be subtracted from the amount you owe for your phone service plan and bill.
You’ll get your money back quicker if you pay with a credit card than with cash or an online payment method. If you return the item through a carrier, you’ll get your money back quicker than if you returned the item yourself.
However, you’ll get your money back faster if you buy a used laptop than if you bought a new laptop. If you bought the laptop used, you’ll get your money back even faster than if you bought a new laptop.
If you paid for the accessory with a credit card, refunds take 3 weeks to process and go into your account, even if you return the item at a store location.
You will be refunded for the value of the accessory you purchased back, and in most cases that is simply the cash paid.
Also, you’ll get a full refund if you paid in cash and choose to return the accessory to the store you purchased it from, as long as you’re within the 30-day window.
If you want the accessory item to be billed to your account, it can take up to 2 billing cycles for you to see the credit on your account.
Can You Return Something to a Different Verizon Store?
To return something that you bought from Verizon, you need to have the original receipt, but you can return it to a different Verizon store than your purchase.
The return procedure for the following models is different from the standard procedure, and there is no other option. You must contact the seller to arrange the return.
Do I Need to Wipe My Accessory Before Returning?
The best thing you can do for your privacy, is to erase any data that you have stored on your accessory or device.
Do I Need a Receipt to Exchange a Verizon Accessory?
You need to have the original receipts with you in order to return the accessory. The accessory needs to be in like-new condition in order to qualify for an exchange.
I think both are saying the same thing.
You can only make one exchange at the exchange location, so make sure you’re shopping at the right place or you won’t get more exchanges.
Can You Return a Screen Protector to Verizon?
Verizon will exchange your screen protector if you go in to get a replacement phone within the 30 days of purchase. If this is not the case, you will not get a refund of the screen protector.

You have 15 days to return your new phone and accessories; no return/exchange is allowed within the first 15 days of purchase.
If you purchased the phone and accessories at an Amazon.in store, you
have 15 days to return the item; no return/exchange is allowed.
The same applies to a purchased phone and accessories from any other seller.
If you have an original receipt, just show it and tell them you want a exchange. If you don’t have an original receipt, then it is your responsibility to get it by the time the box or package arrives.
