Target is a place where you can find a variety of headphones at affordable prices and you can compare the prices to other stores on their website as well.
Target doesn’t have a specific headphone return policy. It is one of the reasons that made me to purchase my headphones from them. It’s important to make sure that you’ve read the return policy before making your purchase. If you want, you can even take a look at the policy of a competitor before making your purchase.
Target Headphone Return Policy In 2022
It is possible to return headphones purchased from Target, but only within 15 days of purchase. Additionally, if the receipt is received, a refund is provided for the purchase price. However, Apple headphones are only returnable for 15 days, and Heyday headphones can be returned within a year.

You need to keep the receipt and if you have a gift card, keep that too.

How Can I Quickly Return Headphones To Target?
Returning an item in-store is the best way to get an instant refund or exchange.
However you will not be able to return the headphones by mailing them directly to their offices, but rather to your shipping company.
When creating an account online, you must verify your age via a government-issued photo ID, and you’ll need to provide proof of address on Target.com.
Â You should bring in original packaging for returns to Target. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee and may be shipped to a different address.
If you want to return a product you purchased at Walmart, you can use any payment method (debit or credit) on the card used for purchase to get a refund. Most of the cashiers will even let you use the same method used to purchase the item.
You can receive a cash refund immediately, but card refunds may take a few days to process.
Can I Return Headphones To Target Without A Receipt?
You can usually return headphones without an invoice to any Target department store
when you display an alternative proof of purchase.
It’s good to bring ID for security when you go to the store, but you must make sure to bring it to the cashier when you are making the transaction.
If you bought any headphones using your Target RedCard or a third-party credit/debit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card, then Target knows.
On the other hand, if you buy something online at Target.com, the data is saved in your own shopping history.
Also make sure that the purchasing gift card is located in the same location you are redeeming or otherwise obtaining the gift card.
If Target is able to verify that you bought the headphones from Target, they will issue a full refund or exchange for the headphones.
If your Target receipt can’t be tracked, Target will issue you a merchandise card worth the current value of the headphones in-store at that time.
Can I Return Used Or Open Headphones?
We are unable to accept any returns on headphones.
Returns are only accepted within a 30 day period following your purchase. In order to qualify, the headphones must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in a new condition, and in its original packaging.
However, if the original receipt is not provided (as often is the case in retail stores) then there is no guarantee that what is being returned is indeed the condition it was purchased in.
In case you’re wondering about the authenticity of the headphones, Target is offering a one-year warranty on the headphones, which you can use even if they break, get damaged or anything else.
If there are broken headphones in your package, you will be able to request one at the Guest Services desk.
The owner will make the final decision, but the store manager should also play a role in helping them decide which products to try and which to pass on.

For example, if you have worn a pair of headphones for less than 30 days, you may not return them nor may you exchange them for any other item.
