Lowe’s will charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on certain items, but if you are returning a product purchased at a Lowe’s, you won’t need to worry about the restocking fee because Lowes will never charge you this fee!

The manufacturer usually returns the product to the company that originally sold it to you, and also requires that you pay a handling fee.

Lowe’s will charge a restocking fee for items sold to customers who return or cancel their special orders.

How Do You Pay The Lowe’s Restocking Fee?

After Lowe’s received your returned item and issued a credit to your Lowe’s card, the $10 restocking fee is deducted from the refund value.

When you initially paid for your game, you provided payment information which was used for that payment. This payment information was then used to refund the game’s price.

Does Lowe’s Charge Restocking Fees For Defective Items?

If the return policy of the vendor does not apply to your item, then you are not required to issue a refund to the vendor. Instead, you are required to return the item to the location you bought it from.

Which Items At Lowe’s Do Not Incur A Restocking Fee?

All Lowe’s products, excluding special-order items, are exempt from the return guarantee when returned or canceled.
