Ace Hardware Return Policy In 2022
Â You can return your item up to 30 days after purchase with a value receipt and if it is in original packaging. You must retain the receipts for your item and bring the paperwork to Ace Hardware for inspection. Ace Hardware also requires that you bring a form of ID.

If you’ve purchased this item within 30 days of purchase, you must return it within 30 days of purchase.
You will be given store credit for 30 days, after which the card will be blocked and no longer accepted.
If you want to get a store credit at Ace Hardware, you must return the item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date at Ace Hardware for store credit.
To make the return process easier, Ace Hardware suggests contacting the manufacturer directly after the return window has been expired to determine if you can return your product to Ace Hardware. What is Ace Hardware’s Return Policy Without a Receipt?
If you do not have a receipt or similar proof of purchase for this Ace Hardware item then you may be denied a return.
If you are only returning one item, you will receive store credit. If you are returning a large quantity or multiple items, we may charge a small restocking fee to cover our costs.

What Can I Not Return to Ace Hardware?
While Ace Hardware allows 30 days after the date of purchase to return items, there are some products that are return exceptions. Some products have a return period of 7 or 14 days. You can also ship your item back to Ace Hardware for a return, if you are not satisfied with the items purchased. The shipping cost to return your item will be paid and a re-listing fee will apply or a credit will be applied to your invoice.
If you got your item(s) at a local Ace Hardware store (not included in the Home Depot(r) or Ace Hardware(r)), your refund will be returned via the same form of payment as you used to purchase your item(s) at your local Ace Hardware store. For example, if you purchased your item(s) at an Ace Hardware store using a debit or credit card, it will be returned to your local Ace Hardware store via debit or credit card.
You can cancel your subscription any time up to 30 days in advance, and get a full refund. There is no minimum order size.
What Do I Need to Return to Ace Hardware?
It is recommended that you bring your driver’s license when visiting Ace Hardware to return items. It is also recommended that you bring your receipt and documentation with you when returning items from Ace Hardware.
