As an avid Trader Joe’s shopper, you will be able to find many things related to cheese. They have many types of mozzetta cheese, gouda, camembert, mascarpone, and ricotta to name a few. They also carry various types of mozzarella and brie cheese amongst other types.

You may prefer to skip the effort of making a lunch, and just pick something up in the supermarket.
You can get a tray of mac & cheese in the freezer. Add it to the oven and it’s ready to go.
Trader Joe’s freezer section has various mac and cheese options. It includes many frozen mac and cheese items to satisfy your cravings.
There might be an official boxed mac & cheese in the pasta section of Trader Joe’s, but according to the people who tried it, it’s got an interesting flavor profile and doesn’t rely on excessive amounts of cheese.
4. The Cheese From Trader Joe’s Has an Expiry Date
If you buy cheese or cheese-products from Trader Joe’s, it will eventually go bad.
You can store your cheese in the refrigerator for about 4 to 6 months.
Of course the cheese itself will change over time and moisture levels will vary, but the flavor and texture will remain about the same.
If you take the mac & cheese out of the freezer and thawed it, and then put it back in the freezer, you could eat it up to 18 months from the day you froze it.
If you are not sure whether or not your cheese has gone bad, look at the cheese for mold.
If mold is present, it is completely natural. You can absolutely cut it off and eat it.
You are not allowed to eat anything that is labeled as “unfit for consumption”. And this is the most important rule to remember.
You can also use mold in the production of other cheeses, however, black or red molds is known for having an after taste. There also might be other problems.

The pasta you’ll find at Trader Joe’s is stuffed with a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. It’s a perfect dish that’ll leave you feeling full and satisfied.
