Sadly, Priority Mail stamps cannot be exchanged for Forever Stamps.

Forever Stamps are not tied to denomination. Their value is based on the rate of a one-ounce first-class postage stamp on the USPS.

Forever Stamps will only charge for postage if your envelope weighs less than one ounce.

So, the first of the three types of postage we’ve discussed is Priority Mail. This is the least expensive form of USPS mailing, and as far as we know, it is also the last type of mail you can send with your own stamps. Priority Mail stamps are the most common stamps, and cover the bulk of the USPS inventory.

What Do Priority Mail Stamps Look Like?
