What Is Target’s Policy On EBT?

Target’s main competitor, Walmart, has recently started to accept EBT cards for in-store food purchases.

You can only use your EBT balance on approved items and any items added to your order must be paid using a different payment method.

How Do I Use EBT At Target?

Once you have completed the checkout, separate your EBT products from regular items.

When you make a purchase, the cash register first processes and the cashier will process the EBT-eligible products first.
