At this time, Amazon does not allow you to cancel orders. If you decide to cancel an order, we will charge your Amazon Payments account for the amount of the order, however, we will not ship the products to you. You will not be able to make a refund.

Amazon customers can cancel orders it hasn’t shipped yet. A refund can take a few business days to show up in your account. If an order was canceled by Amazon, you can’t receive a refund. If the seller ships the item, you should receive the refund within 5 to 15 days of canceling.

How Do Cancel Orders On Amazon?
As Amazon allows you to cancel orders in three easy steps, you can easily cancel an order by going through the steps provided.
1) go to “Your Orders” section and find the order that should be canceled in your “Bundles” section 2) click on the “Bundles” tab where you see the order that should be canceled.
To change the settings on an existing item, select the item from the list and make any changes. To cancel all items, just select the “Cancel All” button.
You will not recieve the selected items even after you have gone through the three steps.

If an Order Status email has been sent to your email address then you need to follow the instructions in the email.
If you have not received an Email Order Status then the order has likely been canceled.

Does Amazon Issue Full Refunds For Canceled Orders?
Even if you return goods, Amazon’s refund process can take days to complete.
The company, however, does not guarantee the refund on items if the customer cancels the order.
How Do You Check On The Status Of Your Refund?
To get to your orders, go to the “Your Orders” section of your Amazon account. You can also go to the “You’re Here” section under your Account Settings.
In the “View Order Details” section for the relevant order, you can locate information about the order, including your refund status, the status of your return from the shipping carrier, and the status of your return from us.

How Do You Return Items At Amazon?
