I can not say for certain if you will need to provide proof of business ownership, however, I would assume that you want to prove that the company is yours.

Is Dropshipping On Walmart Profitable?
There are some great advantages and some big disadvantages for a person who decides to be a drop shipper just like Walmart. If you are just starting out, then drop shipping probably isn’t for you.
We try to keep low inventory levels by paying more to buy stuff. This is also a great opportunity for us to fill in our DSV in stores without having to hire more people since we have lower labor costs.
