I don’t mind Instacart hiring whoever they want because I find it to be an efficient service. And I’m not concerned about who they hire because I’m a good employee.

As a driver, you’ll need to prove you can be trusted to provide reliable service to your passengers.

However, if you have had a DUI or multiple DUIs, it can be a problem. Many employers will ask for a DUI/DWI history because of the risk to their business if someone gets arrested, even if they have never been convicted of a DUI or DWI.
