Amazon Fresh usually restocks all items within 30 days. They are constantly receiving shipments so some items might be back on shelves in 2-3 days. You can create reminders in Amazon to be notified when an item is back in stock. You will be refunded for any items that are out of stock after you place your order.

What happens if an out-of-stock item is ordered on Amazon Fresh?
Amazon Fresh will automatically refund you if an item you ordered is out of stock at the time they prepare your delivery.
You can contact Amazon customer service to get your money back if the order is not automatically refunded.

Amazon Fresh avoids putting out-of-stock items into search results in order to avoid confusion. If you wish to see all items, however, you can choose ‘Include out of stock’ under the filter Show Results for’.
This page will show all Amazon Fresh items, regardless of their availability.
Amazon Fresh will display any item that you search by brand name regardless of its availability.
Amazon Fresh will not display all available eggs if you search for “eggs” without allowing you to refine your search.
If the brand name is included and you specify to show “Out of Stock” items, and the product does not appear, it means that Amazon Fresh doesn’t offer the product.
How do I get notified about Amazon Fresh Item Restocks?
You will notice the red “Out of Stock” notice next to specific products on the Amazon Fresh website instead of the “Add To Basket” button.
Click the button ‘Alert me’ at the bottom of the product detail that says ‘Out of Stock’ if you wish to be notified when the item returns in stock.
Amazon will send you an email when the product has been returned to stock by clicking on the “Alert Me” button.
This is the best way for you to stay on top of out-of stock items and be able purchase them as soon as they are back in stock.
Sometimes, you may not have the “Alert Me” option. It can also refer to two things in this instance.
