Verizon Router Not Working (list Of Potential Fixes + Faqs)

With Verizon’s routers, you have to do some troubleshooting on your own. But thankfully, we have solutions ready for you.

The problem might be with the router or the device, so try to find a way to get the router signal from the device so you can know.

Resetting your routers factory settings should restore it to its factory settings and include the name and password.

Additionally, you’ll lose any preferences or settings you had customized if you reset your router.

Also, Most Verizons routers are set to channel 6 as default since thats what 2.4 GHz is, so you might find changing to channel 13 or 14 provides a better connection!
