Former General Bob Gard, who has joined with the National Campaign to Close Guantanamo, says it is not dangerous to move Gitmo detainees to the U.S. in a conference call Tuesday. The call announced the launch of what will be a multi-million dollar ad campaign. The ad will urge Americans nationwide to pressure members of Congress to shut down the detention facility. (0:33)
