Daniel Levin: Three minutes of water boarding is inaccurate

At a hearing before the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties, witness Daniel Levin, former acting assistant attorney general to the Office of Legal Counsel, accepts full responsibility for any legal advice he gave. Levin also advises the committee to clarify its information regarding three minutes of water boarding as he says it is inaccurate. (0:30)

National security served by ‘legally suspect policies’

The investigation into the administration’s interrogation policies and legal justifications continued before the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties.
