Kenneth Feinberg, the Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation – also referred to by some as the White House’s ‘Pay Czar’ – says his “first obligation right now…is to design a compensation structure for officials 26 to 100 in each of the seven companies (AIG, Bank of America, Citigroup, Chrysler, Chrysler Financial, General Motors and GMAC).
