Demonstrators on Capitol Hill protest profits of oil companies and call for investment in renewable energy on a day where gas prices have reached a national average of $3.29 per gallon.

Congressman Jay Inslee (D-WA) says that there is public anger over subsidies to oil companies while prices at the gas pump are at a record high, saying that these abuses are prize worthy. (1:10)
