Cutting Defense Spending Would Be “Step In The Right Direction,” Says Expert

Center for American Progress Senior Fellow Lawrence Korb says that President Obama should cut baseline defense programs in order to offset the cost of sending an additional 30,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan. Korb says such a move would be a “step in the right direction.” (:12)
