House Republican Questions If States Or Federal Government Will Educate Distracted Drivers

Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) told witnesses and House Energy and Commerce Committee members Wednesday that she questions “where the public education responsibility is” on distracted driving. The question was posed by many members, who wondered if it is the state or federal government’s responsibility to educate drivers. (0:35)
