Health Care Bill Helps Small Business Owners, Says Sen. Harkin
Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) said at a press conference Tuesday that the Senate’s health care reform legislation will help small business owners by “creating health insurance exchanges to increase competition, enable small businesses to easily compare prices, benefits, and quality of health plans.” (1:00)
