H1N1 Is Winning, Warns House Democrat

At a House Labor-Health and Human Services Appropriations Subcommittee briefing Wednesday, Committee Chairman David R. Obey (D-Wis.) quoted reports saying that “more than 21,000 people have been hospitalized and more than 800 people have died, including at least 114 children.” He remarks that the virus seems to be winning.
