In the first day of markup on the Kerry-Boxer climate bill, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) says while President Obama ran a “yes we can” campaign last year, Senate Republicans have responded with a “No we won’t” mantra, in efforts to boycott climate legislation. (1:06)
