Conyers Wants Greater Accuracy On Suspected Terrorist Information

One of the new provisions to the expiring PATRIOT Act would include more control on issuing a National Security Letter regarding suspected terrorists in the U.S. Says Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.), “the government must have concrete facts showing that the information is connected to a terrorist or foreign agent before issuing a NSL to get it.” (00:16)
