Commission On Wartime Contracts Co-Chair Confused By Lack Of Iraq Contract Census
Michael Thibault, Co-Chairman of the Commission on Wartime Contracts, expressed his disgust that there has yet to be an accurate census of contracted employees in Iraq and Afghanistan after 8 years. Thibault warns that this could lead to waste and fraud in the contracting system. (0:16)
