Analyst: Obama Should Listen To Military Commanders, Not Political Advisers

James Phillips, Middle East Analyst at the Heritage Foundation, says that President Barack Obama should listen to his military commanders on the ground, not to his political advisers. Phillips was discussing a rumor first reported by CBS that Obama has already decided to send 40,000 additional troops to Afghanistan, as requested by Gen. Stanley McChrystal. (0:19)
