Transportation Secretary Compares “Distracted Driving” To Intoxicated Driving

Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood says that “distracted driving” should feel as wrong to people as driving while intoxicated. Distracted driving includes, but is not limited to, handling vehicular or other electronic devices, talking to passengers, eating and drinking beverages. (0:17)
