Torture Spawns Terrorism, Says Former General
Former General Bob Gard, who has joined with the National Campaign to Close Guantanamo, says torture is an incentive for terrorism in a conference call Tuesday that announced the launch of what will be a multi-million dollar ad campaign. The ad will urge Americans nationwide to pressure members of Congress to shut down the detention Facility. (0:34)
