After a hearing on S.1102, the Domestic Partnership Benefits and Obligations Act, which Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Sen. Susan Collins (R-M.e.) introduced. Lieberman spoke on his opposition of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.
