NFL Commissioner: League Cracking Down On Concussions

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says the physical culture of pro football is changing for the better. He says he has worked to limit concussions during the games by obtaining new equipment and altering the rules of play to limit the types of hits that cause concussions. (0:15)
