New Aerial Tanker Contract Will Impact All Americans
Rep. Jo Bonner (R-Ala.) says the request for a new aerial refueling tanker, which could be built in Alabama by aerial and defense company Northrop Grumman, affects the whole country because it will be funded by American taxpayers, and will be used by U.S. troops. (0:14)
