Jobs Will Go Overseas Without Increased Capital For Manufactures

Robert Kiener, Director of Member Outreach at the Precision Machined Products Association, says in a Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee hearing Friday that if manufacturers can not acquire the capital they need for employees, equipment and raw materials due to the credit crisis, consumers will be forced to outsource from overseas.
