Governent Agencies Must Practice Restraint, Says Attorney

Kent Masterson Brown, the head attorney in a lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services says it is essential to keep government agencies from overstepping their bounds.

“Keeping agencies in tow, making them do only what Congress has dictated is fundamentally essential to the republic.” (0:14)
