Democrat Braley Says He Will Fight Tort Reform
During a press conference opposing tort reform Wednesday, Rep. Bruce Braley (D-Iowa) says he has been fighting against others who are attempting to put a cap on or restrict injured patients’ ability to recover full and fair compensation for injury due to malpractice. (0:37)
