Biden To Cops: You Guys Are Nuts

Vice President Joe Biden Received the Distinguished Service Award From the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund Monday night. During his remarks Biden quipped that peace officers are “nuts” for putting up with the day-to-day dangers of their profession. (1:40)
