Lieberman: We Must Learn From Mistakes Of 9/11

U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) chairman of the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee, introduces the Weapons of Mass Destruction Prevention and Preparedness Act of 2009. The bill, Lieberman says, is aimed at preparing the nation for the possibility of a biological terrorist attack. He says the U.S. is not prepared for such attacks and must learn from the mistakes of 9/11. (0:35)
