Axelrod Comments On President Obama’s Joint Address To Congress

While speaking to reporters inside the Russell Senate Office Building, White House Senior Advisor David Axelrod says health care reform is making good progress, and that the President’s speech made him more optimistic than he had previously been about the chances of reform happening. Axelrod addresses bipartisan concerns over the administration’s plan as well.
