Sen. Dorgan: Offender Behind Toxic Chemical Exposure Must Be Identified, Held Responsible

Sen. Byron Dorgan says the results of sodium dichromate exposure among U.S. soldiers who served in Iraq may not appear for many years. The Senator adds that is important to find out who was responsible for the exposure and what steps have been taken to avoid future risks (0:20)
