House Health Care Bill Will Close Gender Gap, Says Rep. Cummings

“Our health care reform will make sure that every woman has access to quality, affordable health care,” Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) says. The House’s health care reform legislation will not charge higher premiums for women than men, as is the status quo, he said. (0:42)
