Co-ops Are ‘Medical Unicorn’ Says Top House Liberal

Rep. Pete Stark (D-Calif.) says that health care co-operatives that have been proposed in the Senate as an alternative to the public option are largely untested and unknown. Co-ops are a “medical unicorn” he says. (0:29)
