U.S. Financial System Can’t Bail Out Commercial Real Estate Market, Says Expert

Jeffrey DeBoer, President and CEO of The Real Estate Roundtable, said that the U.S financial system will not be able to save the real estate market.

“The bottom line is this,” said DeBoer. “The current financial system in America simply can not meet the financing demands of the commercial real estate marketplace.” (0:33)
