New Haven Firefighter Says Sotomayor Was Wrong To Reject His Lawsuit

Firefighter Frank Ricci asserts that he and other white firefighters were treated unjustly by the city of New Haven, and were right to file a racial discrimination challenge which was later rejected by a panel of judges that included Sonia Sotmayor. (0:47)
