Napolitano: Replacing REAL ID Act Just Makes Sense
In a hearing to discuss reforming the REAL ID Act of 2009, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano says that the PASS ID Act “just makes sense,” and will fix the flaws of the REAL ID. (0:21)
