Dodd: Excellent Congressional Health Insurance Hindering Reform Urgency

Sen Chris Dodd (D- Conn.) says that there isn’t enough urgency in Congress to pass health care reform. He says that this is partly due to the fact that the 535 members have a very good health care plan, unlike the large percentage of their constituents. Dodd stresses that if members of Congress had a worse plan, health care reform would be passed much faster. (0:31)
