Congress Stalling On Health Care, According To Health Policy Director
Ann Kempski, Director of Health Policy at SEIU, says that Congress claims they should take their time attempting to pass health care legislation, but what they are really trying to say to the American People is that they should prepare themselves for more hikes in their premiums and out-of-pocket costs.
