Casey Says Current Health Care System Taking A Toll On Pennsylvanians’ Wallets

Senator Bob Casey (D-Pa) says health care costs in his state will rise by 110 percent over the next decade, which will end up being half of the monthly income of Pennsylvanians. Sen. Casey also says these costs will have an extremely negative effect on Pennsylvania businesses. (0:39)
