Boehner Admits He Hasn’t Read Every Bill He’s Voted On

House Minority Leader Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) argues that the congressional Democrats’ agenda is moving through Congress too quickly. He admits that he has not read every piece of legislation that came to the floor, but that he has always understood what he voted for. Boehner adds that when he was House Majority Leader, he allowed bills 24 hours before being voted on. (0:58)
